I got the email yesterday....my 20th class reunion is happening.
I wont go into a rant on how I was a miserable teenage angst ridden freak.
Anyway, I am so there!!!! Got to see how everybodys aged.
My mom says " Oh My God! You better start dieting!" .
My reply " I am perfectly comfortable with myself." Whatever.
I 'm guessing I wont go into total personal hate until I get to the airport.
20 years and at least 4 lifetimes ago. Mikey isn't going....I didn't even ask him. I want to do this alone.
I hated high school and made no life long friends. It's a weird world.

Mikey left for Comdex today.
The girls are wiped out from a weekend of slumber parties and soccer games.
Finally a little moment to blog....
This past week I was sick with what I thought might be a stomach virus.
I went to the Dr and after little examination declared that I was suffering from withdrawal from my antidepressant medication.
I had stopped taking it about 3 weeks ago, for all sorts of queer reasons.
His diagnosis to the problem, go back on the meds.
It's scary. Will the anti depressant pills of today will be looked upon as the housewife valium of the 70's?
Of course, the cause of the withdrawal would be ADDICTION. Is addiction really a bad thing?
I think it is over hyped. I am addicted to all sorts of things. My kids laughter & hugs.
Diet Coke, not caffeine, but diet coke. (Sometimes....I dream about it. )
Addiction is definitely over hyped and glamorized.
Everyone is an addict of something.
Society cannot function without addictions.
'Cause everyone is "addicted to love".

Well, well, well.... I have returned from the dead.
Went to Houston for the annual International Quilt Festival, and I must say, the ladies are getting a little crazier everyday. This link is to a little article about the craziness that went down. IT'S NOT YOUR MOTHER'S QUILT SHOW !!!!

I wonder what really possesses these people to act out in such a fucked up way? The person who vandalized the quilts was wearing a name tag... his own name tag.

It's hard to believe. It's like the sniper who wanted anonymous unlimited ATM access, you wonder what truck did these people just fall off of !?!

I have to say besides the above mentioned craziness, we kicked ass.
